Passionfruit and mango hop character, full bodied tropical palate with a slightly sweet, hoppy finish.

MALT- Australian pale malt & wheat.

HOPS- Galaxy, Citra.

YEAST- American Ale

American Style IPA.

Big Citrus, pine needle and pineapple, dry body, lingering bitterness and slightly warming finish
MALT - Pale, Crystal, Munich.

HOPS - Cascade, Citra, Mosaic.

English style Brown ale.

Traditional English malts lend notes of chocolate, coffee and cola, balanced with a toffee malt sweetness and smooth finish.
MALT - English Pale, English pale chocolate, English Brown, Rolled oats. HOPS - East Kent Goldings.

YEAST - English ale

German style pilsner.

Earthy and grassy hop character with a dry, medium body and crisp finish.
MALT - Pilsner, Carapils.

HOPS - Perle, Saaz, Mandarina Bravaria. YEAST - Lager

International style pale ale.

Double dry hopped, Juicy and fruit driven hops leading to a firm body and assertive bitterness.
MALT - Australian pale malt, German Crystal.

HOPS - Idaho 7, Citra, Simcoe.

YEAST - American Ale

International style session pale.

Light dry hop of Motueka (NZ) and Sabro lending a note of lemon, lime, tropical fruit with a hint of coconut. Easy, sessionable and moreish.
MALT - Australian pale, crystal, rolled oats. HOPS - Motueka, Sabro, cascade.

YEAST - American Ale

Hazy pale ale.

Juicy hop character full of mango and passionfruit, silky mouthfeel and a fresh, tropical finish.
MALT – Australian Pale, Australian Wheat, Crystal, Rolled oats.

HOPS – Cascade, Citra, Simcoe, Cryopop.
